I’m not the only one that had repeated problems with this cleaner and had to pay to ship it back. The company got out of the pool cleaner business and doesn’t even sell parts for them anymore. The door flaps lose their springs repeatedly. Once that happens, when you remove it from the pool, it dumps stuff back into the pool. Sometimes it runs a few minutes and stops. Paid a whole lot of money for something that didn’t work well for a season, was replaced under warranty once, and still didn’t work well for a season. Plus, like I said, I can’t even get parts for it. Check out the BBB claims. Had to do a LOT of research to even contact the company- not that it did any good.
