Yes it is, if you clean the pool manually. Introducing to you the AQUABOT TURBO T2 PLUS.

WHY WE LOVE THE AQUABOT TURBO T2 PLUS

Patented Powerful Washing Jets Pressure

This feature is found on the bottom of the cleaner which enables the cleaner to shoot jet streams of water and loosen up dirt and algae. This together with the front and back scrubbing brush allows the T2 Plus to wash away persistent dirt and debris off the pool floor and walls.

Never Stuck Rollers and G-Tooth Tracks

Another cool feature this robot has it the “never stuck” rollers. This roller assists the cleaner to overcome hurdles such as main drains and other obstacles that affect its cleaning performance. It also has G tooth tracks that keep the robot from rubbing against your pool.

Better Chemical Balance

Because of its heavy-duty pumping action, the pool’s bottom and surface water are flowing, elevating the overall water temperature which lessens heating costs and generates a more even distribution of chemicals which usually gravitate to the pool floor.

Patented Aquabot 60-inch Cable with Swivel

The Aquabot Turbo T2 Plus is equipped with a 60-inch cable with swivel. This feature prevents the cord to keep on tangling allowing the robot to freely move around your pool. This way, your robot can perform well and provides efficient and effective results.

Caddy Included

The package includes a caddy which is an advantage to other robotic cleaners because a caddy can help the durability of the device. This as well helps you transport the robot easily from one place to another and stores it in a safe place.

Convenient- Self contained

Who would not love an independent robotic cleaner? Very easy to use. No installation required, just plug and play and you just leave it playing and do its dirty work.

WHAT WE THINK NEEDS IMPROVEMENT

  • Not for above-ground pools
  • Not for tiled pool floors
  • Bottom loading
  • Cleaning the filter is a bit of a hassle
  • No remote control or mobile app for added convenience

MY CLOSING THOUGHTS

There are no major disadvantages to this robotic cleaner. Bottom loading can be a little tedious and a hassle for some but not a major issue in the books. Sometimes, it can really be messy but cleaning the filter can only take about 15-20 minutes, depending of course on how dirty your pool is. But again, it’s a minor inconvenience. I also recommend purchasing an extra filter bag while cleaning the other one for continuous cleanup.

Also, it is mentioned in the Cons section that no remote control or mobile app is available. Compared to other improved robotic cleaners, they have included a remote control or an app for added convenience. This can really be helpful for owners to spot clean areas of the pool, especially for social gatherings. These are bonus features that would be nice to have. But still, not having these will not deter its performance.

Overall, the product is of quality performance. I would say that you can’t afford not to buy this because it’s really worth a shot!
